Passing the torch to the next generation
The Carter Viss Foundation believes the future of boating and diving safety is in the hands of our youth. We want to support any college level student who is passionate about the ocean and determined to make it safer for all living things.
This annual scholarship will award the selected student funds to go towards their tuition and further their education.
